Humphrey's First Palm Sunday
Written and Illustrated by Carol Heyer - Published by Ideals Children’s Books 2012
The delightfully goofy camel we met in Humphrey's First Christmas is back, three decades older and not much wiser. He wants nothing more than to be the lead camel in the caravan, so he can improve his view. When the caravan leads him to Jerusalem, he crosses paths with Jesus making his triumphal entry. Humphrey is delighted to see Jesus, now a grown man, and remembers the Child to whom he gave his coveted blanket all those years ago in Bethlehem.

Little Colt's Palm Sunday
Written and Illustrated by Michelle Medlock Adams and Wayne Parmenter -Published by Ideas Children's Books 2005
What became of the little colt who bore Christ on his triumphant entry into Jerusalem? How the colt must have trembled when he realised that he would, for the first time, carry a man on his back, who was 'the King of every king'. How proud must the colt have been to prance across the palms laid in his path. And how valuable he must have felt when Jesus thanked him for his contribution. Here, in a tender story with dramatic art, Little Colt shares the story of that historic life-changing day. And Little Colt learns that nothing compares to giving Jesus a ride.

Here Comes Jesus! He's Our King
Here comes Jesus! He's our king!
Hear all the people shout and sing!
Strong but gentle, see Him ride!
God has come in His love and His might!
Refrain:
Gather round Him! Let us celebrate!
He will rule, and we can't wait!
Wave your branches! Come and lift your voice!
Christ is here, and we rejoice!
Sing hosanna! Shout His praise!
Glory to God! He's come to save!
Life and peace and joy and more--
Jesus comes in the name of the Lord!

Who Is He?
Who is He who comes in triumph?
Who is He who comes to die,
Comes in peace and comes in power,
Hidden One now lifted high?
Jesus, Jesus, Lord, Messiah,
Mighty master of the grave!
See Him ride, the King of Glory!
God Himself has come to save!
See Him there in humble splendor.
Hear them shouting all around.
Joy explodes in wild procession.
Praise is now the victor's crown.
"Glory, glory in the highest!"
Like the angels hear them sing,
Dancing round the Long-awaited-
Once their hope, and now their King.
Rise and join the glad procession!
Hear them passing by again-
All the ransomed, all His children,
Marching to Jerusalem!
Look ahead-- the gates of splendor!
Hear the everlasting hymn!
Open wide Your hearts in worship!
Let the King of Glory in!

Clap Your Hands
Clap your hands all ye people,
Shout unto God, with a voice of triumph!
Clap your hands all ye people
Shout unto God with a voice of praise!
Hosanna! Hosanna!
Shout unto God with a voice of triumph!
Praise Him! Praise Him!
Shout unto God with a voice of praise!
